Accounts Receivable StaffMets Logistics, Inc.

An Accounts Receivable Staff is responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records. This includes timely generation of billing statements, sending to clients, and application of customer payments. He / she is also in charge of reconciling customer accounts and identifying any discrepancies.
 
Main Functions:
• On time and accurate monitoring and reconciliation of accounts (AR Aging)
• On time and accurate processing & dispatch of billing
• On time and accurate application of payments
• On time and accurate submission of variable Service Billing
• On time and accurate submission of Fixed Service Billing
• Petty Cash Custodianship
 
Education and Experience:
⮚ Graduate of Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, Accounting Information System or equivalent
⮚ With at least 1 year related work experience
⮚ Must be adept in Accounting software
⮚Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Skills:
⮚ Computer literate
⮚ Must be detail oriented
⮚ With good interpersonal, analytical and communication skills.
⮚ Can work with minimum supervision.
