Overview of Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for monitoring and payment processing of assigned accounts handled by the ff. Food Service account managers
- Responsible for monitoring of past due and missed settlement payments of assigned accounts
- Responsible for preparation of deposit slip of assigned accounts
- Responsible for monitoring and issuance of Collection Receipts and Sales Invoice
- Provide itinerary of Collector
- Sales order creation of Consignment liquidated sales
- Perform credit Investigation of history and credit standing of new accounts applying for credit
- Provide summarized result of credit investigation for approval of Sales Manager and Finance Director
- Generate Daily Collection Report
- Perform other assigned tasks and duties
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Accounting Technology or Management Accounting
- With at least 2 years of work-related experience in Credit and Collection
- Proficient in the use of financial software (SAP)
