Job Requirements:
B. S. Degree in Accounting
With at least 2 year of experience in accounting preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Must be knowledgeable in accounting functions such as accounts payable, payroll and mandatory benefits, inventory and other related to accounting functions
Can work with minimum supervision
With good communication skills, self-motivated & with drive to succeed
Applicants must be willing to work in Cavite.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitor accounts and incoming payments
Perform verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivable data
Verify discrepancies
Respond to and resolve clients' billing issues ad questions
Prepare and manage bills, invoices and bank deposits
Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger
Make sure that all payments are properly posted
Assist in preparing financial statements
Assist in preparing detailing accounts receivable status
