Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients regarding billing inquiries and payment statuses
Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts
Prepare and send accurate invoices in a timely manner
Support the finance team with documentation and account reconciliation
Qualifications:
Extraordinary English skills, both written and spoken - clear, professional communication is essential
Strong attention to detail and customer service mindset
Previous accounts receivable experience is a plus, but not required
Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and handle sensitive financial information with discretion
