Job description
The Accounting Associate for Accounts Receivable is responsible for recording transactions affecting the accounts receivables and resolving any discrepancies found by coordinating with the other departments.
Job Description
Posting and applying customer payments, refunds, and credit memos on QuickBooks/Netsuite
Auditing sales invoices and making revisions as needed
Reviewing collection reports against collection receipts
Recording bank deposits
Monitoring and tracking bad debts and uncollectible accounts
Other Accounting-related tasks as may be assigned by supervisor
Graduate of any accounting related course; e.g. Accountancy, Accounting Technology, etc.
Has good analytical and reasoning skills
Has a strong attention to detail
Organized and timely with their workload
Can work unsupervised
Takes initiative and eager to learn
