Description:
1. Updates Trade Receivable manager/Coordinator on any development or problem with regard to Account Receivables of the Company.
2. Receipt validation in oracle entry and ensure correct application of adjustments.
3. Close coordination with Revenue Accounting with regards to identified variances during receipt validation
4. Performs thorough analysis of the Account Receivables of the Company
5. Review sales invoice and disposal slips of All Franchisee account prior to the collection
6. Prepare corresponding Credit/ Debit Memos for bread returns or issuance for all franchisee account
7. Weekly preparation of Billing of all Franchisee account
8. Assist Trade receivable manager for timely generation and submission of various reports needed by the management
9. Monitor and record payment for all franchisee stores including other customers
10. Any other functions that may be assigned by the Trade Receivable manager/ adjunct Manager.
Requirements:

Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
At least 2 years practice in same position
Possesses analytical expertise
Must have expertise in Accounts receivables
Must be familiar with reports preparation
expertiseable in MS Office
