JOB DESCRIPTION: 
 
 Responsible for Accounts Receivable and Revenue accounting analysis. 
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Extract and analyze all Accounts Receivables / Revenue transactions periodically from the front-end system and ensure proper recording of transactions in the Accounting system. 
Review and analyze AR / Revenue date for any error and discrepancies, investigate and coordinate for resolution with  Sales / Operations / Billing and Collection personnel. 
In-charge of recording all other AR / Revenue related transactions such as collection, credit and debit memorandum, charge bill cancellation, etc. 
Reconciliation of accounts. Work closely with Billing and Collection department. 
Participates in the monthly and year-end closing process. 
Liase with external and internal audits during examination of AR and Revenue related accounts and process. 
Perform other related duties as required to meet the goals and objectives of the Company and Finance Division. 
JOB SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or any Accounting related course graduate, CPA license is an advantage.
At least 2 years work experience in AR and Revenue Accounting. 
Strong analytical skills.
Strong Excel skills including pivots and VLOOKUPS.
Eye for detail, accuracy is imperative. 
Must be well organized and a self-starter. 
Proficient in any Accounting Software and MS Excel and Word. 
Strong problem-solving skills, basic accounting principles knowledge, documentation skills, data analysis and multi-tasking skills. 
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. 
Ability to work independently and with a team , display initiative in a fast-paced work environment.
