Work Location: Laguna, Philippines
Work Set-up: Work from Home (until further notice)
Schedule: Shifting (Morning/Mid/Graveyard)
Salary range: Analyst (30,000-50,000) Team Lead (Max of 70,000)
Responsibilities:
• Will oversee an Accounts Receivable team and will focus on handling rebate settlement and collections for global incentives program.
• Analyze deductions and compare the pricing and earned rebate credits, Resolve disputes/discrepancies with distributors
• Monitor and ensure that all SLA's and performance metrics are achieved in a given period of time
• Coordinate with different internal and external teams such as Sales Operations, Logistics, and Revenue
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree holder of Finance/Accountancy/Business Administration or any related course
• Working experience focused on end to end Accounts Receivable process and Rebates settlements
At least 3-5 years of experience working in the management of a finance/accounting team
• Must have managed a minimum of 5 FTEs
• Keen to details can work independently and able to prioritize tasks and responsibility
• Must have effective leadership abilities
• Familiar with Oracle and SAP
• Can work in different schedules
