Job Accounts Receivable
Provide high-quality customer service to the customer and ensure a smooth flow of inquiries and complaints via phone calls. Ensure all responses to customers and clients are given with sincerity and compassion. Ensure that all customer inquiries are rightfully attended to on a timely basis. Resolve queries from the customer by answering calls within the timeframe assigned. Qualification
At least 18 years old
With at least 6 months Accounts Receivable experience
or related to Accounts Receivable, Collections, Account Reconciliation, Banking Payment Allocation, Credit Hold
Good to Excellent communication skills
