Accounts PayableFERNA CORPORATION

Receives and checks request and schedule for payments including required documents (Sales Invoice, Delivery Receipts, Receiving Reports, Project Status Reports, Certificate of Completions, Counter Receipts and others).
Prepares, prints and submits Payment Vouchers to the Accounting Supervisor for review.
Prepares and computes EWT for the issuance of BIR 2307 (if applicable).
Obtains and checks signed Payment Vouchers, Official Receipts or Collection Receipts.
Updates Accounts Payable in the Accounting Module of the System.
Files payment related documents and records for reference and safekeeping.
JOB QUALIFICATION:
· Graduate of BS Accountancy or any related accounting course
· A Certified Public Accountant (is an advantage)
· At least minimal work exposure/experience in General Accounting Operations preferably from a Manufacturing industry
