Record necessary transaction including all expenses and attach all receipts through Xero.
Keeps track of invoice and monitor of all accounts payable and ensure payment on supplier's terms.
Monthly filing and sorting of all expenses per account.
Encash and deposit checks of suppliers.
Monthly record official receipt (OR), expenses and purchased materials for monthly vat payables at BIR.
Make forecasts for future budget needs, handles petty cash fund and ensure that all issued expenses to all employees are within the budget.
Reconcile budget daily and check on the accuracy of liquidation of staff from petty cash funds.
Review invoices discrepancy from suppliers, match documents and resolve supplier's billing issues.
Record necessary transaction including all expenses through QuickBooks and payment terms.
Coordinate with logistics departments and other departments to ensure on time release of all necessary budgets.
Be able to identify problems in relation to supplier's billing invoice and budget and find possible solution to the problems and overcome challenges.
Generate monthly, quarterly or annual financial statements and reports detailing paid and unpaid invoices and other accounts payable activity.
Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Arrives to work on time, works on days scheduled, and requests time off with sufficient advance notice.
