Salary: 25,000 - 35,000 a month

Responsibilities:
A/R (Accounts Receivable)
Review bank account daily for unrecorded cash receipts
Book all checks from third parties against applicable receivable charge code.
Processing monthly charges and Create Miscellaneous Closing out PO's based on incoming invoices
Utility Billings
Create tenant and intercompany charges and receipts
Re-applying misapplied tenant payments
Applying new security and additional security payments to system
Follow up with tenants on open A/R and alert legal on collections issues
A/P (Accounts Payable)
Assist senior AP Clerk with process A/P for multiple properties as needed
Import invoice batches into Yardi PayScan (online approval software)
Invoice Data Entry and Validating Invoices
Review online bank activity for unrecorded fees and electronic withdrawals and record into Yardi
Book Manual Checks (if required)
Manage and record credit card activity
Manage utility payables
Requirements:
Proficient in Excel
Ideal Candidate will have 1-3 years of Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable experience
Yardi experience, strongly preferred
