What are we looking for:
Multiplymii is in search of an Accounts Payable, you will be working with our US-based client. They have built a solid reputation on their knowledgeable customer service and low-price guarantees for a vast array of automotive accessories, from trusted top-quality name brands to unique and innovative new products.
The successful candidate will be supporting the internal Finance Team. What the team needs for this role is someone who is very organized, and detail-oriented with an eagerness to learn new tools and processes.
This role is 100% work from home.
In this role, you will:
Handle accounts payable for separate entities and vendors
Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing vendors
Ensure invoices are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures
Process due invoices for payments
Compare purchase orders, prices, terms of payment, and other charges
Researching and responding to inquiries; analyzing and resolving problems related to the payment process in a timely and thorough fashion
Maintaining and contributing to the statistical reporting on the incoming invoice process
Other tasks assigned by management are in line with Accounting and/or Finance related.
About You:
Core qualifications:
1+ years of experience, specializing in general accounting experience or equivalent preferred
High attention to detail and organization is a must
Has strong initiative and able to work with minimal supervision
Proficiency in Excel
Excellent command of the English language (oral & written)
Very proactive, has a sense of responsibility, urgency and follow-thru
Can work during or overlapping US East Coast business hours
