Qualifications:
Must be an Accounting graduate or any related course.
Preferably with experience in accounts payable.
At least with knowledge of general accounting procedures.
Proficient in data entry.
Willing to work under pressure.
Attention to details and accuracy.
Excellent in organizing and prioritizing.
Good communication skills (verbal and written).
Job Descriptions:
Preparing and checking requests for satisfactory payment approval.
Prepares and performs check runs (issuing checks with check voucher).
Sending checks and documents with transmittal to the branches through pouch (LBC / 2Go). Informing through e-mail the respective branches about the online deposits.
Insures that the attachments for documentations are complete and correct before getting the approval.
Prepares and processes electronic transfers and payments.
Monitoring monthly bills like: Electric bill, water bill, PLDT, Security agency, etc.
Requesting budget and liquidate all the expenses.
