Job Description
Responsibilities:
Oversees cash flow reports and makes sure that payments are made on time and correctly. Creates policies for the correct handling and coding of invoices in order to keep track of inventory and expense accounts in the general ledger. examines expenditure reports and other invoices to determine their accuracy and payment-eligibility.
Qualifications:
Education requirements: college degree in finance/business.
3 to 5 years Supervisory experience in a large production focused financial environment.
Strong familiarity with internal controls relative to financial transaction processing environments including SOX controls. Strong Excel & Word (above average proficiency required; testing to be performed.)
Strong communication (written/verbal), planning & organizational skills.
Strong analytical skills. Exceptional inter-personal, coaching, training skills. Strong PC skills, and dual monitor use.
Oracle Payables experience preferred. Markview/KOFAX experience preferred.
Payables experience a must.
