Duties and Responsibilities;
Develops, directs, plans and analyzes financial standing, programs and procedures.
Responsible for proper documentation of financial standing for audit and regulatory purposes.
Coordinates account and payroll functions.
Makes company plans and recommendations based on financial data.
Prepares, records, verifies, analyzes and reports accounts payable transactions.
Pays vendor invoices and receives and posts customer payments on a timely basis.
Maintains and reconciles accounts receivable ledger accounts, financial statements and reports.
Develops, directs, plans and evaluates accounts payable policies and procedures.
Manages and records disbursements.
Maintains and controls travel and entertainment expenditures and procedures.
Qualifications;
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting of Finance * Experience in leading a team in a manufacturing set-up
Minimum 3 years working experience in metrics driven company
Preferably CPA
Integrity, reliability, initiative and the ability to meet tight deadlines
