We are in urgent need of:
 
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE STAFF
 
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Staff with 2 years of hands-on experience in processing invoices, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely payments.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Process and verify vendor invoices
Schedule and execute payments in line with vendor terms.
Reconcile AP subledger to the general ledger monthly and prepare aging reports for management.
Maintain accurate and update vendor master data.
Resolve invoice discrepancies, vendor inquiries, and payment disputes promptly.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
Experience: 2 years of proven accounts payable experience in a corporate setting.
Skills:
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication skills for vendor and cross-departmental collaboration.
