Job Description
The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for all AP related accounting activities including but not limited to processing invoices, preparing payments, managing vendor relationships, and reconciling AP accounts. The Specialist will also be responsible for end of month and reporting activities related to Accounts Payable.

Job Details:
Accounts Payable Specialist
Eastwood Libis, QC (Work from home)
Monday to Friday | 4 PM to 1 AM
Responsibilities:
Facilitates the daily accounts payable and other related accounting activities.
Participates in AP end-of-month process.
Generates reports, and ad hoc tasks as needed.
Documents accounts payable processes.
Qualifications:
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy or a related course.
At least 2 years of work experience in accounts payable is required for this role.
Experience in QuickBooks Online and other Accounts Payable apps like Bill.com. Hub Doc, Etc.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced and high work volume/mid-shift environment with excellent time management skills.
Must have good English written and verbal communication skills.
A background in Restaurant Accounting is an advantage.
Experience in a BPO company is an advantage.
Must have attention to detail. Must be reliable for WFH set up, dedicated, and a team player
