Check completeness and accuracy of supporting documents like original invoice and purchase order, emergency order lists before processing payments.
File invoices, purchase orders and emergency order slips until they are due for payment. Verifies vendor statements and traces missing invoices before processing payments.
Prepare voucher and summary of disbursement
Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports; recording entries of Suppliers and other related documentation
Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balance like paid and unpaid payables
Receive documentations from the warehouse. Encoding of Receiving Report and other related documents
Update Records of Landed Cost
Job Specifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree of Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Business Studies, Management or equivalent
Experience: At least 2 years working experience in the related field
Qualifications: Good communication and interpersonal skills, Proficient in MS Office, Familiar with Accounting System
Associate / Supervisor Accounting and Finance Wholesale 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
