Accounts Payable specialist (onsite)Deployed Philippines

1. Process Accounts Payable and Disbursements.
Records all company expenses and payables.
Preparation of Cheques, if needed.
Weekly/Monthly Analysis of Expenses.
Monitoring of HMO and Reimbursements - monthly billable to Clients.
Reconciliation of Accounts
2. Prepares the regular withholding tax schedules and remittances for compliance to Bureau of
Internal Revenue reportorial requirements to avoid penalties, interest, and assessments.
Withholding Tax Sources Schedules (Monthly, Quarterly and Annual)
VAT Remittances Schedule (Monthly and Quarterly), Encodes Quarterly VAT Relief
Quarterly and Annual Alphalist Compliance and ensures completeness of files.
Reconciliation of all withholding tax payables and remittances.
3. VAT Refund Processing
Routing Clearance- BIR Region and National
Secure Delinquency Verification Certificate- BIR Region and National
Preparation of VAT refund schedules (Sales and Purchases).
Prepares Documents as required by the BIR for VAT refund.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Management major in Finance, or any course related.
2-3 years' experience in accounts payable.
Experience in driving process improvement.
Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping.
Superb time management and detail orientation.
Proficiency with Google Drive.
Ability to keep company and partner confidences.
