Job Descriptions
Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
Paying employees by verifying expense reports and preparing paychecks.
Paying vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance.
Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports.
Preparing vouchers listing invoice number, date, vendor address, item description, amounts, and coding per accounting policies and procedures.
Organizing and maintaining creditor and vendor files and corresponding with vendors and creditors.
Maintaining accurate records and providing documentation for auditing and tax reporting purposes
Job Qualifications
BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
Proven working experience as Accounts Payable of at least 2 years
Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles
Ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
Proficiency in Microsoft excel
With strong oral and written communication skills
A team player and willing to help all team member succeed in daily tasks
Can work under pressure and willing to render overtime if necessary
Fast and accurate data entry skills
WORK FROM HOME until further notice
WFH allowance and equipment are provided
Preferably residing in Pampanga
