The Accounts Payable Manager will oversee and manage all activities related to accounts payable, ensuring the timely completion of daily tasks, efficient system processing, and strict adherence to policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will possess experience in leading Accounts Payable or similar accounting functions. This role demands a comprehensive understanding of Accounts Payable systems, processes, principles, and policies, along with expertise in implementing best practices. The AP Manager will be instrumental in attracting, retaining, engaging, and developing teams within a dynamic work environment. Leadership qualities and exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role. Job Responsibilities: Manage and monitor day-to-day Accounts Payable transactions. Establish KPIs, monitor team performance, and provide coaching to achieve objectives. Lead the AP team, overseeing assignments, training, workload evaluation, and daily processing. Investigate and resolve escalated issues and concerns in collaboration with respective teams. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in Accounts Payable through standardization and automation, ensuring alignment with the companys growth objectives. Develop, implement, and enforce compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures. Cultivate and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication both within and outside the team. Coordinate with other units/departments to facilitate requests and resolve workflow or production issues. Job Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accountancy or related field (CPA License not required). 5-10 years of relevant experience in a similar role. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems, particularly MS Excel. Ability to manage high-volume AP processes. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills. Motivated, self-directed, and capable of working under pressure while managing multiple deadlines. Effective multitasking abilities, priority setting, and time management skills. Strong interpersonal skills and credibility. Proven ability to motivate/manage staff and foster collaborative relationships. Willingness to adapt to non-traditional work shifts to align with US-side work hours (2 pm to 11 pm Mon to Fri). Strong communication skills with fluency in English, both verbal and written. Willingness to work onsite at 2nd floor, AD Taccad Building, Enrile Boulevard, Carig Sur, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan.
