Job Summary:
The role will provide a strong leadership among AP staffs in Asia to ensure that the department functions smoothly. The Accounts Payable Manager responsibilities include training of Specialists and Analysts and to streamline processes across the region. This role will drive process improvements and standardize processes across the region and to lead the team to transition to Central Processing in S/4 Hana Application.
Job Qualifications:
-Has more than 5 years managerial experience in a manufacturing environment
-Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or any related course is required.
-CPA is an advantage but not required.
-Fluent in English and Mandarin languages, both verbal and written.
-Solid background in accounts payable processes from petty cash to expense reports to account reconciliation
-Extensive knowledge of accounting and management principles and accounts payable procedures.
-Well versed in SAP S/4 Hana Application and Central Finance processing.
-Demonstrates strong leadership skills and can deal with different nationalities.
-Has a strong drive towards process improvements and system implementation.
-Highly organized, keen to details and with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
