Job Description
Process Daily Professional Fees of JCON and IHP on duty. Receives Breakdown of Professional Fees Posts the received Summary of Professional Fees to Voucher Payable in the BIZBOX Financial Management System (FMS) module Updates the processed payable voucher in the FMS by entering the bank details such as bank name, branch, check details, check number and the amount. Reviews the checks and voucher for accuracy of payment made. Sign the checks by the designated signatories. Prepares voucher and check disbursements of expenses such as utilities, services, repairs and maintenance, contractor's billings, professional fees, patient's refund (PCSO/DSWD), employee's benefits Prepares voucher and check replenishment of Petty Cash Fund (petty cash expenses and cash advances) Prepares monthly schedule of Expanded Witholding Tax. Posts monthly expanded withholding tax to BIR alphalist data entry module.(1619E) Prepares Creditable Witholding Tax Certificate (2307) for various suppliers. Prepares Annual e-submission of Expanded Witholding Tax. (1604-E) Reconcile general ledger accounts related to accounts payable on a monthly basis. Prepares monthly schedule of reconciled general ledger accounts related to accounts payable.
