Job Descriptions
Receives original copy of supplier's invoices together with the copy of purchase requisition and purchase order from the Property Office.
Checks documents received from the Property Office as to its correctness and validity.
Enters/batch all the invoices in the accounts payable/purchase module.
Prints out vouchers and checks of all approved disbursements.
Submits the payables/vouchers and checks, together with the supporting documents to the Chief Accountant for verification.
Endorses all signed vouchers and checks to the Cashier's Office.
Keeps and maintains original copy of paid vouchers.
Prepares monthly schedule of Expanded Withholding Tax.
Prepares Creditable Withholding Tax Certificate for various suppliers.
Analyzes general ledger accounts related to accounts payable on a monthly basis.
Types memos, letters, and other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.
Job Qualifications
Graduate of BS Accounting or BSBA in Financial Management.
Good communication skills and tech savvy.
Must be willing to start immediately.

Supplemental Pay:
13th month salary
