Accounts Payable associateSun Group of Companies

• Processing accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial
policies and procedures;
• Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying,
classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts payable data
• Preparing bills and invoices;
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions;
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
Qualifications:
• Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy or any related course;
• At least 1 year of experience as Accounts Payable is required for this position;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact regularly with clients regarding sensitive topics like billing and payments;
• Excellent organization skills for maintaining clear, accurate and meticulous financial records for a company;
• Attention to detail for ensuring the accuracy of a company's records and invoices;
• Amenable to work in San Miguel Manila (near Malacañang Palace).
