Accounts Payable Associate (Cebu-based)
Radiant Logistics is a publicly traded global transportation and supply chain management company based in Bellevue, Washington USA.
A. OBJECTIVE
The primary role of Accounts Payable Associate is to maintain vendor accounts for high volume transportation payables. Job duties may be added or taken away due to operational / business needs and requirements.
B. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Verifying accuracy of invoices and investigates questionable entries, initiates or takes corrective action to resolve disputes and unmatched items
Research past due accounts
Review statements
Clear prepayments
Other duties and assignments as required
C. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
2 or 3 years of experience in the accounting field preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word
Working knowledge of financial software is an asset e.g. SAP
Business Strategy Skills
Effective / Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in verbal and written form.
Highly organized with the ability to multi-task.
Team cooperation and respect is required.
Able to work in fast paced environment.
Accurate and detail-oriented.
Fluent in English
Willing to work in Cebu IT Park and on a night shift (US Pacific Time)
