ANT INDUSTRIAL WORKS, INC. is a general mechanical contracting company engaging in the fabrication, installation, and maintenance of Mechanical Engineering Works such as Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning - Ducting and Piping Systems, Automation Controls, Fire Protection Systems, Plumbing Systems, Compressed Air Systems and other related applications in Industrial and Commercial buildings.
Job Description · Receives billing from suppliers.
· Monitors trade and non- trade payables.
· Encodes sales invoices, trade and non trade payables to Quick books Accounting Software.
· Cheque preparation for payables ,utilities, petty cash fund , and subcontractors.
· Issuance of cheques and BIR 2307 form ( Withholding Tax Expanded).
· Ensures compliance with the local statutory requirements including tax filing, permits and licenses of the company.
· Monitors schedule of accounts payables.
· Follows up collections.
· Responsible for payment of utilities and others transaction.
· Handles annual renewal compliance of Permits and Clearances:
a. Business Permit and Licenses
b. Annual Real Property Tax payments
· Checks accuracy of purchase order as well as the terms, and payment schedules.
Job Qualifications * College Graduate (preferably any accounting related course)
*with at least 2 years of experience as accounts payable assistant
