Handles timely vendors invoice processing
Prepares payment files in time, based on payment schedule
Pays vendors using market banking application
Performs payments reconciliation - analyze Vendors' Open Items and clear them properly
Provides Markets/Vendors with internal/external report
Responds on Market/Vendors enquires
Maintains effective communication with the Market partners.
ARE YOU A FIT?
A professional with knowledge of either in Economics/Accountancy/Finance business related field course
Experienced in international accounting and reporting standards
Knowledgeable of bank payment applications and invoicing compliance with legislation
Good in analytics, planning, with organizational, time-management and communication skills
Able to work with big volume of data
Skilled in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel
Confident in English on at least Intermediate level
