Job Description
The Cash Management Analyst is responsible for handling processing of payments (local and international), requests funding from Treasury team, checking of dollar funds availability, and reviewing completeness and accuracy of collection receipts to invoices and official receipts to billings, according to the policies and procedures and SLA of APSS.
Qualifications
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Submit requests for funding of approved supplier and employee payables.
Process payments for local and international payables
Create and submit approved payables through the system for payment posting.
Randomly audits proper matching of receipts with the payment posted.
Receive and deposit excess cash from cash advances and provide receipt to the employee.
Answer and resolve inquiries and requests raised through Service Desk as a Subject Matter Expert for Cash Management.
Identify issues and incidents and resolve or raise them to the correct route.
Create and submit required reports on time.
Support process improvement initiatives and problem management activities by providing timely inputs and being available as necessary.
Manages emergency funds, swine revolving funds and dollar funds.
Coordinates to bank partners for different bank transactions such as Manual MC Request, Check Transfer, Cancellation, pull out, accomplishments of bank application forms, etc.
Assist CM Supervisor in monitoring and ensuring UBP Facilities are updated.
Additional Information
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or any equivalent course.
Experience:
At least one (1) year in cash management/cashiering/treasury role experience
Other Requirements:
Proficiency in the use of Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
Proficiency in the use of applicable travel & expense system (i.e. SL), Oracle, SAP, or other ERP systems.
With experience of payment processing for local and international payables is a great advantage
Knowledge in accounting principles and cash management to be able to monitor and manage payment, identify/resolve issues and answer inquiries.
Interpersonal skills, Customer Service Orientation, and Coordination skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders and provide correct and timely resolutions
With analytical and critical thinking skills
High attention to details
Good communication skills, written and verbal
Ability to work with minimum supervision
