Basic Function:
Focus on seller-related payouts.
Process and monitor all Title transfer-related payables and related payments.
Monitor and reconcile the "Other Charges" component in the subsidiary ledgers of units for tunrover
Filing of RCPs and other documents related to the above.
Processing sellers' allowance, incentives and commissions
Process of issuing pay slips and related BIR Form 2307 to sellers on a timely manner
Monitoring of accounts qualified for commission and maintenance of related commission database
Monitor amounts receivable from buyers related to the Transfer Process.
Coordination with other departments for the data needed in commission processing
Answers queries and concerns of sellers related to commission
Assists to other Accounting staff on other tasks as necessary
Performance of other tasks as qualified by Officer/Controller/CFO
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Management Accounting
At least 1-2 years experience in accounting-related position
Very organized with good eye and patience for details.
Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial information
Ability to maintain confidentiality concerning financial files.
Good communication and personal relation skills
Proficient in MS office especially Excel
Effective verbal and listening communication skills
Background in SAP
Time management skills
Experience in real estate is an advantage
