Job Responsibilities:
• Preparation of financial statement and analysis
• Ensure compliance of government reporting and statutory obligations
• Full management of IFCA ERP system
• Prepare, review and communicate financial reports to top management and BOD.
• Prepare, consolidate and formulate the company's budget and mid-term plan.
Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Management Accounting
• At least 2 years of work experience in Finance and Accounting, preferably with a role in Accounts Payable
• Knowledge and experience in finance and accounting
• Experience in real-estate is an advantage.
• High degree of maturity with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to respond effectively and professionally to sensitive inquiries or complaints.
