Accounts Assistant, Credit
Summary of Responsibilities:
The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are as listed below, but not limited to these:
Follow up on collection of local and overseas Travel Agencies/Airlines and to ensure that the ageing does not exceed more than 60 days.
Issuing Monthly Debtor Statement and sending reminder letters and follow up emails.
Taking prepayment for all non-refundable bookings and deposits.
To investigate and resolve payment disputes.
To prepare Accounts Receivable payment report.
To check, verify and reconcile various documents and records with payment received.
To carry out any other duties as assigned by the Assistant Credit Manager and Credit Manager from time to time.
Requirements & Competencies:
Minimum 'O' level or higher
At least 2 years of Credit experience in hotel industry
Able to write well, good communications skills and have good knowlegde of PC Word Processing and Excel Spreadsheets
