Duties and Responsibilities:
Handle Trust Accounts, invoicing, advertising and Sales Admin tasks
Handle calculation on agents commission, settlement commissions etc
Set contracts in REX
Set up of transfer of money out of the Trust, then setting it up to 3 parts
Save files including copies of contracts to Google Drive
Other general admin duties
Qualifications and Experience:
Degree in Accounting or related
Experience as Accountant or Bookkeeper
Experience in Xero for at least 6 months to 1 year
Experience with Administrative tasks and outsourcing role as Virtual Assistant
Proficient in MS Office and Google Apps
Ability to adapt to new tools and software
Has high attention to detail
Can handle corrections and have self-responsibility
Good time management and organisational skills
Experience within the Australian Real Estate industry and REX software would be an • advantage
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Must be willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
