ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR
 
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Organizes, plans, designs, recommends, leads, implements, controls and evaluates its general accounting system/procedures as to ensure its efficiency and effectivity in compliance to statutory and organizational procedures.
Adheres to the accounting financial standards by monitoring, verifying and approving financial processes, Books, journals, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions. .
Conducts program analysis and reports findings, analyzes data and makes a recommendation.
Maintains financial security by adhering to internal controls.
Verifies all prepared reports as compliance to the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) requirements such as but not limited to; Monthly Payment of Compensation (1601 - C), Expanded Withholding Tax (1601 - E), Monthly VAT Returns (2550 - M), Quarterly VAT Returns (2550 - Q), Quarterly Income Tax Return (1702 - Q).
Adheres to the rule of confidentiality on all privileged information.
Entertains and recommend possible solution to all accounting related concerns.
Supports annual audit by providing information and answers to auditors.
Checking the Petty Cash Fund Replenishment report.
Provides general support to all operating sections of the company.
Ensures compliance on all established organizational policies and operating procedures.
Checking the Monthly Sales Report of Truck Scale, Fumigation, Container Yard and Trucking.
Encode RR for FMIS.
Monitoring and Checking of Employees advances.
Performs other relevant task as may be assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS 
Candidate must be a graduate of BS Accountancy and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA);
At least two (2) years of working experience in the related field;
At least two (2) years of supervisory working experience:
Works Independently;
Possesses strong level of initiative and willingness to take action;
Strong Decision Making Skill;
Detail Oriented;
Service oriented;
Good Communication Skill; and
Computer Literate and Proficient on MS Tool Application
