JOB DESCRIPTION

Makati City
Cebu City
Main Purpose of the Job: To deliver effective and efficient accounting and tax services to the client by supervising and coaching of staff, reviewing reports and end products and ensuring that tasks were done based on the set procedure or standard, continuous review and improvement of processes and ensuring that effective business advice based on research and sound analysis are communicated clearly and timely to the client.

Review
Bookkeeping
Tax Preparation and Filing
Payroll Computation
PEZA Report Preparation
Financial Review
Monitoring
Monitor the progress of each engagement and ensure the timely completion of required tasks, report,s or documents
Ensure that all staff is properly or optimally utilized.
Dispatch (in case of absence of competent or suitable Accounting Officer)
Ensure that the client needs and improvement areas are properly documented, communicated and addressed.
Documentation
Ensure that all procedures and products of each engagement are properly documented and filed.
Client Communication and Relationship
Ensures that the status and result of each engagement are clearly and timely communicated to the client.
Develop or maintain the high-level skill of verbal and written communication.
Build rapport and healthy relationships with client staff and executives.
Other Responsibilities
The person in this position is also expected to manage or supervise
Assistance in BIR audit
Change in functional currency
Change in the accounting period
Other TCF services requiring compilation and analysis of financial data
Tasks that may be assigned by the management from time to time
Other responsibilities will also include process improvement or innovation and coaching of junior members of the Company.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy
Must be a CPA
2 years of solid and relevant experience in the field of Accountancy and Taxation.
Willing to work in Makati City or Cebu City
