Prepare and examine financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
Manage all accounting transactions, including billing, invoicing, and reconciliation of accounts.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and potential areas for cost efficiency improvements.
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts, providing insights and recommendations as needed.
Collaborate with auditors during audits by providing necessary information and documentation to ensure a smooth auditing process.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or financial management.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
Can drive four (4) wheels with Driver's License
