ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR
 
Job Summary:
Accounting Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily accounting operations such as but not limited to accounts payables and receivables, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting, and supporting the finance team in maintaining compliance with accounting principles and company policies. This role involves supervising staff, reviewing financial statements, and assisting with audits and budgeting processes.
 
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CPA, CMA, or other relevant certification is a plus.
Minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
