ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR
 
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee daily accounting tasks, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Ensure compliance with tax laws, regulations, and company policies.
Ensure accurate and timely financial record-keeping.
Oversee fixed asset tracking, depreciation, and capital expenditure accounting.
Supervise and mentor accounting staff, ensuring accuracy and productivity.
Qualifications:
Graduate in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
With 3-5 years of accounting experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Has a basic understanding of accounting principles and practices, including familiarity with financial statements, bookkeeping, and payroll
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Sage) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Strong attention to detail for accurate data entry and financial reporting.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
