Duties and Responsibilities
1. Overseeing daily transactions (e.g. accounts payable/receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations);
2. Participating in tax audits and payroll;
3. Prepare budgeting reports and forecast revenues;
4. Manage month-end and year-end closing;
5. Will be responsible for overseeing and analyzing cost expenditures and purchases within the site;
6. Review the completeness and accuracy of the supporting documents before the submission to immediate head;
7. Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties in this job classification.
Relevant Qualifications
1. Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, laws and regulations;
2. Demonstrated excellent analytical skills to manage large amounts of data;
3. Attention to detail and accuracy;
4. Team management skills.
Education and other Requirements:
1. Completed a Bachelor degree in Accountancy; Finance Management or any related courses;
2. Accounting certification (e.g. CMA or CPA) is a plus;
3. Proven supervisory experience in development and analysis of cost standards;
4. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and accounting applications);
5. Amenable to work in Iba, Zambales office
