Job Qualification
Graduate of Accountancy or any accounting related courses
Proven experience working as Accounting Supervisor for at least 5 years
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting Software
Excellent knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles and best practices as well as related legal regulations
Keen, meticulous, well organized and detail oriented
Good interpersonal, management and leadership skills
Job Description
Custodianship of company's petty cash and revolving fund and MWS
Handles the processing of regular monthly bills (Utilities, Retainers, etc) and online submission related to the said payments and other payments
Monitors and Matching of Supplier's Accounts Payable Account
Review every month-end Open PO's/JO's with payment already made to ensure that deliveries are made     
Monitors Cash Advances of employees and other receivables and provide semi-monthly payroll deductions to payroll-in-charge
Handles Telegraphic Transfer (Imported purchases and local online payments)
Handles semi-monthly Manager's Payroll, monthly allowances and temporary payroll uploading
Process weekly payroll of two identified subcon
Update cash flows after every issuances
Ensure that accounting files are well-maintained and well-kept
Handles communication with UPS related to billings and payment
Ensure that suppliers are settled on time and make the necessary reconciliation if needed
Coordinate with the concern departments to ensure that the necessary preparations for month-end closing are well-taken cared of to ensure on-time submission of monthly Financial Statements
Raise issues to the accounting manager for areas that needs attention and represent the department for any meetings affecting the department and propose the necessary recommendations, if needed
Instruct, supervise and review work assigned to subordinates to assure propriety of work
Other responsibilities that will be assigned as the need arise
