ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR
 
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or other related courses.
Preferably with experience in real estate financial management for at least 3yrs.
Knowledgeable in accounting software.
Excellent Written and Oral communication skills.
Job Description:
To ensure adherence to Company's accounting and procedures and the timely and accurate recording of transactions.
Provides Administrative support and performs accounting works for Condo Corporations and HO. 
To identify related problems, recommend corrective actions, improvements for resolution to avoid recurrence. 
Prepare annual budget, monitoring of expenditures, analyzing variances, monitoring cash flow position, safeguarding company assets, government compliance remittance, and closely monitoring Finance Associates performance. 
Working Hours:
7:30 AM TO 5:30 PM (Mon-Fri) 
Fixed Weekend Off
