ACCOUNTING SUPERVISORMGM MOTOR TRADING INC./ NISSAN TAYTAY

Job Summary
Responsible for supervising the work of accounting staffs (accounts payable and receivable) to ensure that all deliverables are met and that all collections and expenses of the period are recorded timely in the accounting books.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide accounting service by:
1. Ensure that expenses are recorded on time.
2. Ensure that accounting records are complete and properly maintained.
3. Reviews monthly commission and incentive computation in accordance with the company's existing schemes.
4. Monitor PO and other payables and ensure payment is made prior to due date
5. Assist the manager in the periodic inventory and review of existing policies and sales work process.
• Process tax and payment service
Prepare the immediate subordinates Job Designs and conducts Job Orientation to clarify job functions and performance expectations• .
• Administers the Performance Management System in her/his unit
• Administers the proper implementation of the AUTOHUB Meeting Management Guidelines in the unit
• Establishes a healthy balance between recognition/rewards and discipline in the workplace
• Assists the manager in the periodic inventory and review of existing policies and sales work processes
• Attends relevant training and development programs
• Performs other functions as may be directed by Manager/ GM
Qualifications
• Bachelors Degree in Accountancy or any related course
• Atleast 4years experience in General Accounting; with 2years in supervisory position
• Proficiency with computers and bookkeeping software, strong typing skills.
• Leadership Trainig for Supervisors, advance excel training
• Ability to multitask and remian motivated and positive
• Willing to work during weekends .
• Willing to be assigned in Taytay, Rizal
