Job Description:
§Ensures that internal accounting operations run accurately and smoothly.
§Review/ guide the work of internal accounting staff of account payable, receivable. Such as, review payment application, petty cash transactions, OR receive/ issue, sales invoices generate etc. to ensure accuracy and on time.
§Assisting staff members in the preparation of monthly and quarterly BIR, SSS, PHIC, HDMF filing & payment, payroll preparation, accounting reports.
§Performing reconciliations of general ledger accounts.
§Prepare internal monthly accounting report. Quarterly inventory counting of fix assets and Direct Materials to ensure physical items are matching with accounting report.
§Efficient communication with external parties, such as BIR, bookkeeper to ensure company practices are matching corresponding laws and regulations.
§Regular and in time updates to management.

Requirements:
§Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field.
§More than 3 years experience working as an Accounting Supervisor.
§High level of efficiency and accuracy.
§Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
§Strong leadership and communication skills.
§Have basic understanding of business administration.
§Proficiency with computers, especially bookkeeping software and MS Office.
