ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR
 
Qualifications:
A graduate of BS in Accountancy.
Proven work experience as an Accounting Supervisor or other supervisory/managerial level
Experience with accounting software SAP B1
Strong computer skills, MS Excel (managing spreadsheets), MS Word, PowerPoint
Adequate knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting principles, laws and regulations
Excellent analytical skills, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
Attention to details and accuracy
Team management skills and can work under pressure.
Ability to multi-task
At least 5 years working experience in accounting or auditing
Knowledgeable in Finance, Accounting, Auditing functions, taxation and compliance requirements with BIR, SEC, LGU and other government regulatory bodies.
Job Description:
Oversee the daily transactions of the company to include accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger and bank reconciliations.
Check the accuracy of reports and other tasks assigned to all Accounting staff.
Handle regular tax audits and external audits
Handle company's compliance to government regulatory bodies
Prepare consolidated budget reports submitted by the different departments of the company
Handle month-end and year-end closing
Monitor the daily performance of the accounting department
Organize financial data into useable information and maintain updated records
Ensure that company's policies are followed.
Handle the preparation of financial reports and ensure that these are submitted on schedule.
Ensure that financial management report is accurate and effective.
Reporting directly to the Finance & Accounting Manager.
