Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Supervises all finance staff.
2. Prepares complete hospital financial statements.
3. Prepares schedule of accounts per Balance Sheet and Income Statement accounts.
4. Prepares monthly analysis of the income statement accounts especially on the profit centers.
5. Review and approved the Journal Voucher adjustment before posting.
6. Review the professional fee summary.
7. Does the bank reconciliation
8. Prepares lapsing schedule.
9. Prepares weekly and monthly cash flow projections.
10. Supervises promissory notes application.
11. Monitoring of budget vs. check disbursement request
12. Monitoring of BIZBOX.
13. Audit of company books (interim and year-end)
14. Provide accounts schedules/reports to auditors
15. Monitors and ensures that monthly government remittances are paid on time.
15.1 Quarterly ITR 1702Q
15.2 VAT 2550M/2550Q
15.3 Withholding tax on compensation (1601-C)
15.4 Expanded withholding tax (1601-E)
15.5 SSS/PhilHealth/Pag-Ibig premium
15.6 SSS/Pag-Ibig loan
15.7 Business permit/ License to operate
15.8 Property tax
15.9 Community tax certificate
Job Qualifications
> Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
> Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
> Has at least 1 year relevant experience especially in General Finance and Cost-Accounting roles
> Possess strong leadership skills
> Has high attention to details, with good communication and customer service skills
