ACCOUNTING SUPERVISORMZR BUILDERS

Oversees Accounting Operations, which include financial accounting, accounts payable, and payroll through tasks proper delegation among staff in a timely manner.
Supervise the daily accounting transactions including bank reconciliation, accounts payable/receivable and general ledger.
Prepare forecast revenues and budget reports.
Appoint and train new accounting employees.
Prepare monthly and annual accounting reports.
Carry out the annual audit by giving information and answers to auditors.
Check the progress of accounting and financial objectives.
Make policies and procedures to support the company's targets.
Keep sensitive and important information confidential and ensure financial security.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or similar discipline. Master degree in Accounting will also be considered.
A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Management Accountant (CMA) will be an advantage.
Proven work experience as an Accounting Supervisor, Accounting Assistant, or a similar position in the Accounting Department.
Ability to ensure the accounting practices are in compliance with the laws.
Excellent working knowledge of accounting and procedures including account operations activities.
Good working knowledge of accounting software.
Excellent leadership and management skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Ability to explain and discuss financial data with team members.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Good time management skills.
