ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR
QUALIFICATIONS:
Preferably Female
Must be Accounting graduate/BS Accountancy.
At least 3-5 years Experience
Must be highly analytical
In-depth understanding of cash flow management, bank reconciliation, and bookkeeping
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists in the development of accounting processes and internal controls.
Coordinates monthly closing activities including the review of journal entries, financial reporting packages, variance analysis and account reconciliations.
Works closely with the Finance and departmental management to manage expenses in conjunction with the overall business plan objectives.
Works closely with Operations on credit risk management and A/R collection issues. Monitors collection risk through review of A/R aging and other analytical reports and develops bad debt reserves.
Researches and evaluates complex accounting and business issues and develops appropriate action plans and recommendations.
Assists in the preparation and review of tax reporting packages.
Oversees Accounting operations, which include financial accounting, accounts payable, and payroll.
