ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR
Education and Certification:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional certification such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Proven experience in accounts receivable management, including credit control, billing, collections, and reconciliations.
Review the work of junior accounting staff, all source documents must be verified, and necessary corrections must be implemented to ensure accuracy and reconcile general ledger accounts.
Review aging of accounts receivable and payable accounts and provide suggestions to superior to settle the open balances.
Prepare balance sheet reconciliation schedules for all the balance sheet accounts.
Ensure that fixed assets accounts are updated, and the amount agree in both General ledger and fixed assets register.
