Job Description
We're looking for Accounting Supervisor
Shift: 5am to 2pm (Tuesday to Saturday)
Work onsite
Location: 3/F A.D TACCAD BUILDING ENRILE BOULEVARD, CARIG, TUGUEGARAO CITY (CAPITAL), CAGAYAN
Job Responsibilities:
Perform general accounting functions
Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and general ledger accounts
Analyze financial data
Prepare/review weekly and month-end accounting reports
Prepare/review financial statements and report according to schedule
Ensure compliance with GAAP
Support month-end and year-end close process
Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures
Perform other accounting duties and support lower level accountants as required or assigned.
Provide input into departments goal setting process.
Complete special projects as necessary
Must be able to multitask and work on several clients in each given day
Job Qualifications:
CPA with at least 3 years relevant experience related to the position
Preferably with public accounting experience or restaurant and retail industry experience
Has the ability to supervise accounting staff
Has a solid financial statement skills and understanding of GAAP
With a strong Excel and ERP skills
Willing to adapt in a non-traditional work shift to overlap with the US side work hours from 5am to 2pm
Highly independent but a team player
With strong communication skills and fluency in English verbally and in writing
